Advantages for Raised Access Floor Manufacturers

  • Controlled Panel-Fitting Accuracy: The 600 × 600 mm format and controlled squareness of ±0.30 mm help the vinyl surface align accurately with raised access floor panels.
  • Permanent Conductive Performance: The conductive material is distributed throughout the tile, providing a reliable path for electrostatic discharge without relying only on a temporary surface coating.
  • High Static Load Capacity: A static load limit of 1,500 lb/in² makes the tile suitable for server racks, communication equipment and other heavy technical installations.
  • Prepared Bonding Surface: The rough sanded backside improves mechanical adhesion with suitable industrial polyurethane or epoxy adhesives.
  • Durable and Repairable: The solid vinyl structure provides good abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and localized repair capability.
  • Suitable for Static-Sensitive Facilities: Recommended for data centers, server rooms, electronic production areas, laboratories, telecommunications rooms and raised access flooring systems.

Important: Electrical resistance values may vary according to the selected conductive formulation, test electrode, environmental conditions and testing method. Final project specifications should be confirmed according to the required standard before production.
